I first met Dr.Reiter on 11/16/22 I had been referred to him for my droopy eyelid during exam first thing he said was since I was Asian there was not much he could do I explained they I was Mexican Hispanic he kept arguing that no I was definitely Asian I should have left then he continued to say that I had a slight infection small patch on my left eyelid he prescribed steroid cream well in 2 days both eyelids were totally red swollen and itchy I called his office but no one answered. Left repeated messages to tell them of my reaction I then called office again finally got another appointment he was mad because I was complaining that they had not called me back so without telling me he left exam room came back in and slathered my eyes with another ointment He was so rude very unprofessional , but unfortunately as bad as he treated me you should of seen how he treats the elderly no compassion no caring you are just another body that comes into his office. Finally I was able to see my dermatologist who right away took me off of his prescribed steroids and started me on other medications to deal with my swollen red itchy blotchy eyelids it is now 1/23 getting better but still dealing with my bad decision I should of never went to see him and most of all when he started insisting I was Asian and that’s why I pretty much had to deal with my droopy eyelids I should have said Hasta La Vista Baby!! I truly hope this review keeps someone else from being mistreated by this doctor.

EXCELLENT customer service from Dr. Reiter' and his staff! Dr. Reiter really took the time in listening to all my concerns and address them. I look and feel great every time I leave this office. Lu does an amazing job with my hydrafacials and really takes her time addressing all the problem areas on my face. I feel great every time I leave this office. Thank you guys! See you next year!

This Doctor was highly referred to us. He told us that a lens would help my 90 yr old mother see better, we payed $1,600 dlls. It didn't work😒, now she can't see anything at all. Before the lens she could see a little bit. And now he wants to do another surgery for her other eye that has cataracts. I'm going to get a second opinion, the other issue is that every visit with this doctor it takes 3 to 4 hours. They should take into consideration that the elderly shouldn't be subjected to sit and wait that many hours. It's ridiculous to wait that long at any doctor's visit. It takes 2 or 4 phone calls before they answer the phone, It's frustrating. I believe the Staff isn't efficient and they need significant training for the benefit of the patients and the business. Because I would Definitely NOT recommend this business.
