Dr Horkey and his staff at St Paul Eye Clinic are outstanding. My elderly father visited an ophthalmologist yearly. His vision was failing to the point of not being able to read at all. I took my father to Dr Horkey for second opinion . After laser treatment his vision was restored- extremely thankful! Now entire family has transferred to this clinic. Staff is efficient and compassionate . Could not ask for better eye care . Thank you !
