I am very grateful that I was able to even schedule an appointment in the afternoon on Saturday. The three staff members that were there exercised impecable customer service. Dr. Slotemaker saw me before my scheduled appointment. I went there straight out of work and had arrived earlier than my appointment. They made me feel at ease and I look forward to my next visit them. Outstanding team! Overall 100% satisfaction

It was OK overall. I made appointments for both my husband and I. I chose this location based on Google reviews as most reviews raved about a doctor named Pam who even helped patients select glasses who is obviously no longer there. If you're looking to just get in and get out and not need help selecting glasses, this is the place for you. I felt the selection of glasses overall was slim. After looking at glasses for about 20 minutes on my own and getting a quote for $869 for the only pair of lenses I liked, we decided to go elsewhere to purchase.

The Dr was great & everything about the appointment was great. But WOW!!!! the amount of emails, phone calls and text received from the business was appalling, spam level. I booked my appointment online, first appointment was a week out. Within that time frame there were 5 “reminder email messages”, 3 phone calls & 1 text plus the normal registration email (doesn’t count), but then a phone call from the location to move my appointment to another time slot that day due to double booking, & then another call for insurance. Personally a reminder text the day before the appointment would have been enough.
