I really appreciated how Dr. Grider and her staff handled my appointment. She is very professional and complete in her examinations. She took the additional time to explain any question or concern I had and was very frank and honest regarding her responses. I felt very comfortable and will be going back again. To add additional context, she is not covered under my insurance plan, but I feel that comfortable with her service that I will still return to her office.

I was impressed by both Dr Grider and the technician who performed the initial exam. Both were very thorough and pleasant was well. I had the first appointment of the day and had been told to arrive 20 minutes early which I did. Unfortunately since the office is inside Costco I couldn't go inside until the actual time of my appointment. Once Costco opened there was no wait and everything was very efficient.

Dr. Grider is always very professional and respectful. She takes the time to explain things and listens intently to what you have to share about your vision and any issues you are experiencing. I've been going to her for more than 5 years now and no concerns with her or the other ladies that work there. They are all patient, friendly and super helpful.
