Terrible doctor. No patience very arrogant. Will not admit when he's made a mistake.

The Staff was wonderful, was disappointed in Doctor's attitude because I didn't want to do cosmetic surgery, He was dismissive. I only wanted that fatty cyst removed.and he said it wasn't one. But the bulk of the conversation was about what he does with cosmetic surgery. He's lovely man but I don't need someone to try and push me into something I do not need. I appreciate his artistic skills.

He is professional and friendly. He also asks questions to verify what concerns I might have. And he explains what is my eye conditions. Great experience!

The wait was long but Dr. Logan was so charming and knowledgeable that it was worth it! He will be doing my cataract surgery because I trust him.

Never saw the Doctor. I waited for 45 minutes after making an appointment. Was called in by the nurse. Was sent back to the waiting room to again wait for the doctor. After 30 minutes I left as I felt unsafe..The waiting room was jammed pack. People with no masks coughing... absolutely the most unprofessional experience.

I had an appointment to see Dr logan and another person, who we did not know , did not want to do surgery to remove cateracts.she wanted to go with glasses instead. This caught me by surprised as I had an appointment for evaluaton for the purpose of making arrangements for Cateract surgery. I was unhappy with the results of appointment, I made it clear that the surgery was the reason we were there.

Fantastic work! Eyes look and feel better! Also vision improved.

I was surprised by Dr. Dwayne for his professionalism and being so appropriate manner for me. He is very nice knowing he is a high caliber and highly known for this proffession. I have so much respect for him.

Waited a long time. Appt. Was at 910 was still waiting at 10. I'm sure he is a fine doctor though.

Dr Logan is so patient kind and wise! Love going to him but be prepared to wait!

Nice office location, front desk employees lack customer service skills. Waiter over 3 hours to be seen by the specialist. When inquired about the long wait, I was notified that there was only one …

Appt was at 10:50 and didn't get to see the Dr. Until 1:15. Long wait! Dr Logan takes his time with each patient and answers all my questions. I always plan on 2 hours per.visit.

The entire process, from check-in to seeing the doctor, was very fast and smooth. The doctor was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and the next appointment was scheduled quickly.

Dr Logan, took the time to understand my mother’s ( my mother has Alzheimer’s ) carats condition. Very attentive, kind and willing to care for the patients. I’m thankful I drove an hour to see Dr. Logan. He is going to take my mother’s severe carats case. Very thankful.

Dr Logan seems very evasive in my humble opinion. I went all the way to DT Los Angeles from Bellflower and they gave me another Dr to see me. And when I gave him my concern regarding my Right eye, he just said (without making eye contact) "that will go away". I really hope the big spot in the middle of my right eye "goes away" as he said...

Dr. Logan was remarkable. He took the extra step to introduce himself and offer insights into his educational background, along with providing thorough details about the upcoming experience. He elaborated on various methods to assist me, both from a distance and in-person, regarding my eye care needs. This doctor displayed empathy, care, and affection throughout the interaction.

Good O.D. explained anything I needed to know about my eye surgery & options avalible.

Dr Logan is an excellent surgeon. Did a great job on my cataract surgery. Will be going back to him for my second cataract surgery in the fall. Highly recommend.

Waited two hours for him to tell me I had to be in a surgical environment even though it was a simple procedure. He spent five minutes with me. What a waste of time. This facility is medically disorganized and incompetent. He does not ask right questions to make good medical judgement or decisions. I had my first visit in April and still not have what needs to be done. Not scheduled until September, which is ridiculous.

Evryting was very nice, the doctor explained what i have and what tratament i need, but the waiting time was very, very long, close to three hours.

I’m Glad having my recent doctors visit at this eye clinic the Doctor and staff were very professional and the customer service excellent I recommend.

Office was over crowded. Seems to either be a doctor down or triple the booking per time slot, so expect to wait there at least 2 hours from when you check in. Parking also is no longer validated. I will say once in with the doctor they will answer all questions an give you as much information that they have. Please note that the office staff themselves need to be a little bit more organized. When listening to the patient in their request for pharmacy, lab work and appointments. Since our rx was not sent to the right pharmacy. Just to name one.

I love Dr Logan. He explains things and will not do surgery unless needed and beneficial He did such a good job on my left eye cataract. Wish he could have done the rt one. That didn't come out as well by a different Dr. I have difficult surgeries as have had RK and Lasix. So eyes are dry and unstable. He is a wonderful talented surgeon I trust him and highly recommend him.

After almost 2 hours waiting to see the doctor, he told me he wasn't willing to do the procedure that I have been receiving from other doctors for over 30 years. He examined my eyes and gave me a prescription for what he said was infection …

Today have appointment to see eye doctor but never see doctor first time came only eye pressure and wait 1 hrs and nothing Second time cancel Third time on the way to see doctor but reception call to cancel Forth time wait almost 3 hrs nothing Fifth time is today (march17 2pm.) reception tell my mom came to check eye but when I came she said today shot Botox so my mom go inside for do eye pressure again and 1 hrs. To go inside again one hrs come out and tell my mom can’t do Botox. So my mom wait to see doctor almost one year already I don’t know did u still working or not I’m so disappointed today

Dwayne Logan is an arrogant and rude individual who left me waiting two hours for my appointment. He finally came into my room, and without an apology of the two hour wait proceeded to tell me that he was the head Director, and told me that my insurance would not cover my right eye cataract surgery due to my astigmatism for Torric vision correction. I had already spoken to my. Insurance company, and they assured me that it was covered. I explained that Dr. Luke had assured me that my insurance did indeed cover the needed surgery. Mr. Logan proceeded to tell me to go see “him” then. I responded with “if you are the “director “, then you should know that Dr. Luke is a she”. I am very unhappy with Mr. Logan’s lack of professionalism and his rudeness.

I am very satisfied with my experience from beginning to end. At the appointments there was very little wait time. I have both eyes done now and had no problems occur with either and can see much better. Dr. Logan made the procedure quite comfortable. I had zero pain during or after. Thank you Dr. Logan

First time patient and was not disappointed. Dr. Logan was very personable and informative . I could feel the genuine concern and care.. I left feeling at ease and will definitely recommend to everyone I know. -----5 stars Dr. Logan!
