When you ask the Dr. If he can explain in Spanish he refuses. He sends you to front desk and the receptionist tells you everything, there's no communication that you have to tell the receptionist to explain and sometimes she doesn't know. Dr. Doesn't even explain or tells you why the kid needs different glasses.... This Dr. Doesn't have bilingual services

Staff is only friendly when Dr is around. Not polite at all. Dr makes unprofessional remarks making you feel incompetent.
