Dr. Chang was my eye doctor for 5 years in Long Beach. He’s a great guy, I had been diagnosed with high optic pressure when I first we him. After watching it and not seeing any damage he told me it was not glaucoma. Dr. Chang set me up for a procedure to reduce the pressure. It was successful, my pressure has been normal for four years! I highly recommend him!

Kaiser Physician: Not great at communicating or explaining procedure. He seemed annoyed when asked questions about procedure. Lacks people skills. Had to have a revision with another ophthalmologist outside of the Kaiser network. :(
