I'm giving three stars because the ophthalmologist was excellent and Rose, who helped me find my glasses frames, was very nice to work with. However, the front office staff were very rude to each other and to customers which made the visit significantly worse than it needed to be. I would recommend going for your exam, I certainly plan on remaining a customer, but brace yourself for a rocky a road with the staff.

The receptionist staff there are completely rude and unprofessional. They seem busy, bothered, and apathetic. As someone mentioned previously, the carpet smells and it the place hasn't been updated in a while. They will lose your glasses and leave it up to you to find out what is wrong. They gave me the wrong prescription then made me wait over a month without glasses while they corrected it. I recommend taking your business elsewhere, unless you want a headache.

It's always a pleasant experience when I stop in for a visit. They have wonderful doctors who are very knowledgeable. I had my eye exam on Tuesday during my lunch break which is only 30 minutes. I was in and out very fast after a thorough eye exam, dilating my eyes, and picking out new frames. My glasses was ready today for pick up. This is the fastest office I've ever been to. Will visit again!
