My recent experience was with a PVD that had torn my retina. Office and Dr. were both very responsive and got me access to specialist group immediately upon seeing the tear in my right eye.
I haven't gotten my prescription updated yet so can't attest to that aspect but I'm grateful for the responsiveness thus far.
