It's hard to draw that fifth star out of me, but the fish tank sealed the deal. Jokes aside, Dr. Martin and his team have been taking care of my eyes my whole life and even now as a mostly independent adult, I've never felt compelled for any reason at all to look for someone else. Amazing people, through and through.

Super professional and friendly staff. They do a great job with scheduling to minimize waiting times and you never feel rushed. I love how they use tech for text reminders, all the latest equipment for exams and the flat screens to show and explain what is happening with my eyes.

Sat in the lobby for 20 minutes at my first and only appointment before I asked to reschedule. As you will see below, Dr. Martin promptly responded to this review and defended his unfriendly, unprofessional staff. He says she was entering my information but she was huddled with the main receptionist whispering about some kind of drama. You mistake me for an idiot Dr. Martin. You have a few bad reviews over ur staff. I'm old enough to know bad time management. I do not waste my time with professionals who don't consider it to be valuable. You must have run behind because of the emergency or walk in appointments you offer. Over scheduling is a common problem that we the public do not appreciate. The main receptionist has a lot to learn about being the first face people see when they walk in. She didn't smile or anything. I will take my business elsewhere. I don't reward bad behaviors. I'd rather take money out of my pocket because that's what happens when we have to take time off for these long appointments anyway. I got another appointment with another provider, 4 days after this appointment vs the two/three weeks u offered to reschedule
