I had the best experience before I even had my appointment. I recently moved to Denver, CO, but travel home (KC) frequently. I made an appointment with Dr. Erin Bales and she worked with my schedule to make sure I was able to get in while I was back home. I received text message reminders regarding my appointment time and location. I was impressed with the energy and atmosphere of the office. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. Dr. Erin Bales was extremely professional and personably. She explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I know I have the best care and service from Dr. Erin Bales and I would highly recommend Vision Source Eyecare!
