My mother recently had cataract surgery with Dr.Nichols, and we could not be more grateful for the care she received. From the very first visit, she was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive. On the day of surgery, my mother felt completely confident and trusted she was in excellent hands. The follow up care was just as thorough and thoughtful. It is rare to find a physician who combines such high level skill with genuine warmth and empathy. I would highly recommend Dr. Nichols to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.

Rude, rushed, no explanation about condition or treatment. Needs some patient communication classes!

Dr. Nichols was wonderful - she explained everything in a way that I could understand and was patient enough to answer all of my questions. She caught things during my exam that previous eye doctors missed in the past, which turned out to be significant given my family history of glaucoma. I left the appointment feeling very reassured and I know that I am in good hands! I would recommend her without hesitation for anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable ophthalmologist.
