Dr Chang is a wonderful, caring Retina Specialist. Took me in between other clients on emergency when my retina tore at the top. He was able to repair my tear in office over 3 visits and had me texting him updates on status in between procedures staying on top of what was needed next. I don't know any other doctors that care this much. Thanks to Dr Chang and my Ophthalmologist Dr Pabalan who found the tear and sent me on emergency to see Dr Chang same day, I did not have to undergo full retina surgery and have my full sight today.

I have to say for Dr. Eugene Chang. He’s a very excellent surgeon. He knows what he’s doing very experience. He is very cautious with his patients and very concerned. I do have to say he’s a very stern doctor but that’s what we need that encouragement. Thank you for your hard work, Dr Cheng, I almost lost my eyesight, and for him I am very grateful, wherever he goes, will follow that shows he’s a very excellent and experienced doctor

Dr Chang and the office are very busy. Dr and Staff at Riverside office are beyond wonderful. Dr. Chang knows his trade, I like that he's to the point and gives out beneficial advice. Some people don't like directness, but I'd rather have my mom seen by a very competent and direct professional. The staff is so accommodating. Thank you!
