Was very impressed with the professionalism of the front desk associate and the ease of the check in process. As a first time patient, the optometrist's staff were very detailed and knowledgeable. Dr Kelley was very thorough in explaining my condition moving forward, with solutions based on progression over time..highly recommend Wilmington Eye facility.

This was the first time in our eye care history of decades that we saw an optometrist rather than an ophthalmologist. Dr. Kelley was excellent. The testing was thorough and she had an new solutions to my dry eye issue. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly ensuring all our questions were answered. Highly recommend her. Only complaints - long wait time - I was not seem until 9:30 for a 8:30 am appointment and its difficult to get an appointment. It took months before you can get on the schedule.

The experience was wonderful. The staff was very professional and nice. Dr. Kelley was very thorough and spent all the time required to help me. Nice environment
