Yep, it's that time of year again annual eye exam! Last year I visited another Optometrist office & the visit didn't go well. The review is posted for your viewing pleasure. Okay Okay lets move forward. This year I decided to give Dr. George W. Pegram III, O.D. And Associates my annual coins and visit. One of my best freaking decisions this year 🙌 👏. Everyone in the office was awesome, professional, attentive and has the willingness to assist. I seen Dr. Lee & love her, she has gained a new patient for life. Dr.Lee is friendly, listens to you & provides professional opinions without bias. If you're searching for an eye doctor, I strongly recommend this office & especially Dr.Lee The office is newer, nice and clean, I feel the need to shout out my technician that preformed my pre eye exam, very nice young lady and very knowledgeable. Closing statement, my eyes were dilated during the exam , I was leaving without placing the protective glasses on. The front desk representative reminded me I should wear them ..how thoughtful. I definitely give this office 10/10

Called to reschedule; due to an unexpected pipe bursting. I was told I would be considered a no show. No one had any sympathy for my problem or showed any grace. I will never book an appointment with the office again.

This place is horrible, the professionalism is horrible, and they don't take ownership of their wrong doings. How do you charge someone a no show fee for an appointment that was 4 months out? When I asked for a reminder call they entered the wrong number on their end meaning the number they was calling for a reminder was incorrect. When I brought it to the receptionist attention she still denied me service even after I mentioned that I had been without my glasses for a while and I had a hard time seeing anything without them and that really needed to be seen as soon as possible. I am so glad I found a better doctor for my eye care because these folks are trash.
