I dont know what happened to this place they used to be great. I ordered my son contacts a month ago and was told it would arrive in a couple days. I called several times throughout month and was told the same thing they will arrive in a couple days. I called today and was told they are having issues with vendor and they are not receiving orders. Why would they not inform customers of this issue?!! I decided to pick up his script to go elsewhere, when I entered the place the worst smell ever hit me even with the mask on. There were diapers baby bottles all over desk and shelves. One lady on the computer was holding a new born with one hand and typing with the other unprofessional is an understatement!!

When My family member went there for glasses, they told them 7-10 days, it’s been over a month not even a phone to say anything, whenever we call there it’s always an excuse they gonna say the lens didn’t cut properly, called again they said back order, called again they said that they are gonna speak to the manager and see what’s the hold up, this is not the service you wanna pay for Plus they took half the money for the glasses.

Terrible Experience. Had an vision exam and purchased two pairs of glasses with transition prescription. They sold me eyeglasses that didnt fit my face frame and where loose. I tried to get an exchange or another pairs and they refused. The sales person lacks customer services experience and sales.Dr.Gerber Didnt come out to see any of the issues or concern of the customer. Low quality services, very poor customer services, and very unprofessional. They just swiped the insurance took the cash and provided trashy IF YOU CAN'T SEE DONT GO TO VISION SOURCE!!!!

As always, the office staff was very friendly and took me in almost immediately. They gave me two scheduled tests, and then Dr. Gerber, who always has a very professional and friendly demeanor gave me a thorough explanation of the results and I was out within 1/2 hour. I even got a high five from the daughter of one of the staff members!! :). A++++

This is the worst business place,the doctor is very disrespectful, his staff are liars,and they all seem to be doing a con job. I was told that I needed test glasses,I paid my deposit,and was told that I would receive my glasses in one week. I did not get my glasses,so I call the office and was told they were not there as yet. I waited for three (3) weeks. I still haven't received my glasses after one year,even though they were paid for by my insurance company.

One of the employees yelled across the parking lot accusing me of not paying my balance for my daughters glasses. Once I went back into the building they got an attitude because asked who was in charge and what the reason was for this situation. Even after I showed my credit card statement showing the full amount was paid, refused to believe me until they realized it was an error on their part. Terrible customer service and over priced. I will never spend another penny at this establishment.

tried to schedule appointment and was told "you were discharged few years ago and can't be scheduled for visit in this office". What I remember from this "few y ago" I was proposed by a doctor to order glasses, like I saw on eyeconic website, but a day after I decided to cancel deal. Price on eyeconic was better. I found a few hooks how to reduce it there. Amazing reason of discharge - customer changed mind on buying something next day after order. It was a branded glasses with price ~400$. I even remember insurance was held electronically by this clinic a while, so I was unable to use it on eyeconic portal. What else I remember - annual check up was covered in full by my insurance. If we don't want to make a business with returning customer - good luck with 1 start from me. I will go to another clinic.

Every time I come here on the weekends they’re closed… Why not just update your hours if you’re not going to stay open for the whole 9:30-2?

Given im in a wheelchair, this office was very acceptable. They all are so nice, went that extra mile to make my experience grade A. Everything was fast and straight to the point. Great selection in glasses, and Dr. Gerber is great. He gave me a good understanding to what's going on with my eyes. I would recommend Dr. Gerber to anyone in need of glasses.

I had to go here to get a new eye exam due to the initial Dr else were giving me a prescription that was giving me headaches. This office takes pics of the retina which by the way is suuuper cool to see but also very efficient. He is focused and takes the time to ask you how well you can see and will compare even looking for the slightest difference. The other staff do an excellent job explaining to customers cost differences, and how things work insurance wise.They even measure your frames. I am big on professionalism and being knowledgeable! This is a well run shop and I appreciated Ryan and Ashley's professional, knowledge, care, and everyone's efficiency!

I literally had the best experience Today.. First and foremost everyone was amazingly friendly and professional. The kindness staff I ever met. Highly respect and recommend them. Will be getting a couple pairs since I work in the service Industry.

Dr. Gerber is Kind and very professional. His prices are great. Not sure how there can be a negative review but to each's own.

Excellent eye doctor. Best most comprehensive eye exam I have had in years. Caring staff and wonderful environment. Awesome!!

My family and I have been going to Dr Geber for years.. The staff is always helpful. Dr Geber is always professional and thorough.

First time here, very satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Gerber. Friendly staff and affordable. Will be returning in future.

It was a smooth experience. The eye exam was quick and staff was courteous overall. The only off putting piece of my experience was that once I got my prescription no one seemed to help me with recommendations about wearing glasses or anything else. It was my first eye exam in 5 years and I've never had any glasses before so I was looking for some more understanding of my prescription and some help with how to take care in future. Maybe they don't do it anymore anywhere but I tried asking questions about my doubts and still did not receive very satisfactory answers. I'd still recommend this place to anyone for an eye exam because doctor and staff made sure to work with me for my issues.

Such a poorly run doctors office. I called during business hours to have my prescription transferred, and it took 3 hours of trying to call them before someone picked up the phone.

I’ve been going to this place I want to say for three years and never had any trouble.the staff are very nice and helpful. They make sure I’m well taken care of and ask if I need anything else when I’m there. Ashley with the short blonde hair is the best!

Went and got two pairs of glasses they messed up both pairs fix the first pair did not want to fix the second pair mine do I paid did not get what I paid for
