Very satisfied. I was able to reschedule my appointment several times with ease and the front desk staff was amazing about it. The Dr. Ghanem was very kind, professional, and took time to explain things to me.

The exam eye photos were very helpful in confirming that the back of my eye is healthy. I like being able to review it with the doctor. The staff did an excellent job of reviewing frame options with me and confirming my measurements. I am looking forward to getting my latest glasses (now with transition lens that will darken inside my car when I am driving).

Very easy to make apt. All staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. The one thing that resonated with me was that right when you walk in, the feel in the facility was welcoming and professional. Highly recommend this location to my friends and family!
