If you all see the long post from 4 years ago nothing has changed. I experience the same thing with the same doctor just this past week. I'm not going back. If you want good service from the Dr. Pachigolla think again 5 minutes tops she spends with you.

Had my Cateract removed and went in for after surgery visit
She said I would need to have a little laser touch up. It will take just a minute to do this. It took 2 minutes at a cost of $500 which is not covered by insurance.
She said only a few people require this but the assistant that took me to the receptionists desk said she uses the laser on about 85% of her Cateract patients.
Be prepared for a $500 surprise.
