Took my 7 year old to Dr. Becker with concerns of her having a strabismus for a couple of years that was worsening. He spent such a short amount of time with her. He said "I don't see it." Well no kidding, it's intermittent, definitely shouldn't listen to her parent who's with her constantly. No bedside manner. Took her to a 2nd opinion and had bilateral correction done.

We were recommend Dr. Becker by TWO different pediatric optometrist, our son has a serious eye condition. Our first appointment with him made us feel like something good was going to come out of it, he checked his eyes thoroughly and ordered scans. Not only did it take US calling THEM MULTIPLE TIMES for a WEEK to hear our sons very serious tests results, but it took us having to do there job for them and call the hospital he had them done to let them know who to send them to. We got great results back that it wasn't something seriously wrong causing his condition, we were scheduled to see him again 4 months later....let me clarify we pay out of pocket to see this "highly recommended" doctor. His appointment was the Dr. coming into the room, having zero information on our son and having my boyfriend explain everything we did at the first appointment over again..then he left the room to find a "file" on our son that was not there apparently. He shined a light into his eyes for two seconds said everything looked good and he'd see us again in January! We paid $87 out of pocket all for THAT. We do not recommend Dr. Becker to anyone, let alone a parent looking to find what is wrong with their 3 month old son. Never going back.
