Drove from Los Angeles only because I had a good experience on my first visit. But ran into traffic on my way to an appointment and was refused service. This after driving apx an hour and twenty minutes just to be turned away. I was willing to wait but was told the Dr wasn’t able to squeeze me in… the front office is inconsiderate, lacks empathy and definitely needs training on customer service! With this type of front office I wouldn’t be surprised if the next time I’m in this area that this office would be closed due to refusing customers hurting their overall revenue. I Would not come back, that for sure. NEXT➡️

I have only negative experiences with Dr Hernandez. Everytime I have questions about my eye exam or condition, he wants to get me out of there quick, instead of nicely answering my questions and helping me understand.
He gives the impression that he is only there to make money, not to help his patients. He has no clue about customer relations and establishing patient trust. Very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and SNARKY!

Been coming here for past 5 years ! Would not go anywhere else extremely helpful and professional staff ! Absolutely happy with the service and customer service provided to me and my family !
