Wait times here lately have been insane. I had to reschedule my appointment because I was still in the waiting room 35 minutes after my appointment time, and I had somewhere else to be after the appointment, which I expected would take an hour total. Here I am back a week later, sitting and waiting in the eye exam chair, and my appointment was half an hour ago. Haven't seen anybody yet. I think this is my last visit. It's a shame because the office staff are awesome, and the location is convenient.

I saw Dr. McClelland recently and was very pleased with the thoroughness and knowledge he provided. This was one of the best experiences I've had getting my eyes examined. Would highly recommend Dr McClelland and the Hulme office to anyone.

I'm very disappointed in this office. I am traveling all over Denver for new hire training and have conjunctivitis in one eye. They would not call in a drop (since I'm in Denver all week not in ft Collins) so that I could get it under control. They absolutely refused any help unless I came back up there, and it's pretty maddening with such a common thing that is so contagious.
