First time visiting and I will 100% be back. Everything is very clean and neat. The staff was very sweet especially the front desk woman who I did my paperwork with. I waited in the room for MAYBE 30 seconds before Dr Collins came in. This means a lot to me as I had my toddler with me. They have a large selection of frames. Everything was great

Dr. Collins is absolutely amazing. She was able to engage my child in a way that made the exam process smooth. She was also patient when answering my (many) questions.

Warmly greeted by store staff upon entry. Vita, working with Dr. Collins, made sure the eye appointment was comfortable and thorough. I will be coming back to see Dr. Collins every year. Staff make ordering glasses and contacts a comfortable experience, giving me options and working with my insurance.

Dr. Collins is professional as she is caring. She always explains what my best options are in ways that are easy to understand and work with my budget, which is very important. She also has great fashion sense! Really love Dr. Collins and am happy she was in my insurance network lol!

Very professional and friendly staff. The office staff helped me to pick out just the right frames. They have a large selection to choose from. I was sent paper work to fill out online before my appointment, which I filled out and emailed back. I really like how that worked out; Jason was all ready with information about my insurance coverage. I would suggest anyone who likes a smooth appointment to do the same. I really like that this was an option. The tecniction who did the test on my eyeballs was extremely nice and professional. Dr. Collins was awesome and I cannot wait to get my new glasses in so I can see what I've been missing. She is very personable. She was very professional and took her time to make sure my vision is properly corrected by the new lenses. She answered all my questions and then some. I was very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Lens crafters and Dr. Collins.

Don't waste your time or money if you have a common medical condition like diabetes or hypertension. She's going to refer you to another doctor to get your eyes dilated and checked, when you could literally just choose a more comprehensive practice in the first place. There are several in the area. The office looks like it's a construction site. Far more concerning, there is broken equipment. I was asked to switch exam rooms with another patient because of this. Things happen, I can understand the necessity of creatively making it work, whatever. This is where we go off the rails. When I filled out my medical history, made my appointment, or even prior to charging me, someone should have informed me that they couldn't dilate and check my eyes for macular changes. This is a basic service at every practice I've been to! I was charged for a "comprehensive" eye exam and then informed later, towards the end of the exam, that I'd need to make an additional appointment with another doctor somewhere else to get my eyes dilated. The tone was that it's totally normal to not provide this basic service and never once mention it until the end of the appointment. It will probably only run me an additional $100+. Oh, and if I don't hear from her office in 2 weeks, I might want to call and remind Dr. Collins to write me a referral because she "may forget." This is not quality medical care, nor is it professional or even ethical. It's actually going to wind up costing me twice as much because the other optometrists I called want to do my exam over completely. Both quotes were only slightly more than what I paid Dr. Collins. They're not even specialists, literally just other optometrists in the area. I didn't know their limitations here but now you do. Shocking that it's never once brought up prior to getting your money. Hope someone else learns from my mistake.

I won’t be back here. If a patient is telling you something the Doctor should listen. She was trying to justify what she thought was best when I was telling her I could not see. I was told I would have to pay for another contact eye exam even though I had already paid for one. I told the girl that was helping me pick out glasses that I shouldn’t have to pay for another contact eye exam because I already had one. she said she would find out and call me back on Monday, but she never did. Over all not a good experience.from the doctor not listening and being told I would have to pay for something I already paid for and not receiving a call back.

My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Collins for over 5 years and she’s great. She has excellent equipment, she listens and answers questions clearly. She gets my prescription right every time. After I moved, I tried a different eye doctor once…just once because everything about the experience was a step down from what I was used to with Dr. Collins. I highly recommend her.

I had a concern about my left eye and was able to be seen by Dr. Collin’s on the same day I called, due to a short notice cancellation. The wait was minimal and Dr. Collins did a very thorough exam. Although her office did not accept my insurance, the charges were very reasonable. I went to her on a recommendation from a trusted friend, and I’m so glad I did! She's a very caring and pleasant professional, and I look forward to seeing her again for all of my and my family’s eye care needs.
