I've been seeing Dr Cao for many years now. He is thorough, friendly (not overly) and professional. If you have concerns he listens and will advise you appropriately. I will continue to bring myself and my family to see Dr Cao.

Quick and efficient. I had to visit one more time to double check my prescription, and turns out the prescription was correct, just needed my lenses to be realigned since I have progressive lenses. Great service, friendly staff.

I’m sorry I did not like the service here
Since booking the appointment. my confirmation email says 4:30 pm but they texted me saying my appointment is at 4:25 ? Then they told me they allow a 10 min grace period and when we got there at 4:40 for our appointment she made a comment “wow you’re really late” and the appointment was very rushed and took less than 5 minutes and we were surprised with a bill. Wished they would have told us that before. Really didn’t like this location, won’t be returning here.
