the entire staff including the provider were rude and incredibly unhelpful. I had prev been a pt, yet the front argued stating i was not. finally the providef checked the system and advised i was listed twice, once as jen andonxe as jennifer.. then they refused to complete the contact lense portion of the exam as it was not covered by my insurance. even after i pulled up my benefits online, they refused. at that point they were doing everything in their power to get me out the door. the whole reason i went to the appt was for contacts to get my updated rx as im on my last pair of contacts. even though the prov advised the only diff in a contact lense appt is the fitting portion. i have worn contacts for 30 yrs. they demanded $60 to review my contact rx and to update/renew my contact rx. i left without a rx oe any contacts, yet wasted my entire afternoon. ive never been treated as horribly as the optometrist J. Liu treated me. not to mention i feel she rushed my exam and at the end, even though i advised the final version was blurry, she made no changes nor did she re-review my vision. honestly, you deserve ZERO stars, but that wasnt an option.
