It’s a rainy day and we were running late after picking up my daughter from school. I called the office to tell them we are on the way and will be late. The front desk lady said they only allow 10min grace period, we can not be late for more than 10min. Maybe we can make it or maybe we can’t, we are very close to hit that 10min grace time frame. So I cancel appointment and might have to pay cancellation fee. We turned around and head home instead. Now I don’t even know if we still want to go for this office since the front desk lady sounds not so friendly. This is not the first time I feel this way. May be we should cancel my son and husband’s appointment there.

My insurance changed so found this office on Nextdoor from others who recommended. They have been nothing but great. From the moment you walk in, the staff is so nice and welcoming. My kids and I all come here. Dr. I is very personable and knowledgeable. She explains everything thoroughly and is patient. She also does not rush. She takes her time answering your questions. I’m so glad I found this eye doctor.
