The office experience was great as usual.
The Pre-visit notifications, while helpful, were MANY. I received a robo-call, and in-person call, a text, email, AND a post card in the USmail! Surely one or 2 of these alone would suffice to confirm my appointment.

Entire staff was awesome. Dr. Lietz and Josephine who helped me pick out my frames were the very best. Would definitely recommend my friends and family visit this location.
