Dr. West is a great optometrist. He’s very professional and provides honest feedback. In my opinion, Susan is the true MVP of that office. She never forgets to call and politely remind me of my appointment. But most importantly she always makes my day with her kind words and personable attitude.

Had a awesome visit with Dr. West, his professionalism, education, and understanding with optometry are superb. He was spot on with my prescription and even helped me sharpen it better. Thanks so much!

Very disappointed. Never got to see the doctor because the front desk said they did not take United Healthcare. On two separate occasions, I called and asked if they took my insurance and both times I was told yes. A big waste of time on my part because the office doesn't know how to operate a professional business. Also, even though you see Dr. West and the Eye Institute pictured together on a web search, and he offices in the same building, he is not associated with them. Seems deceptive to me.
