Cataract surgery was so easy, I had to ask 3 times if she had really performed the procedure. A very professional environment. Staff checked and rechecked plans with me, providing confidence they were communicating with me and with each other. Building up to it, Dr Maslin’s preparations were meticulous, having me check and recheck mono-vision solution for my intended shooting sports, to ensure we got it right. She made personal phone calls to discuss options before we together and were both satisfied. If in old reviews, there had been past perceptions of some rough edges with staff communications, in her medium-young office, they were no longer apparent. Dr Maslin has a great Dr-patient manner, efficient, and friendly. I’ve been coming to her for eye exams for a decade. With this surgical experience, she and her office raised my level of praise to above-and-beyond.
