I am writing this review for a friend, Deborah Patton, but my name appears because I am doing this review on my phone.This being said, her words... "I only give 1 star because all of the staff and Doctor Dong were nice to me...But after surgeries on both eyes, I have been back three times and they say surgery went well and lens were properly inserted, even though I told them that my vision had not improved. Dr. Dong insured me that my sight would continue to improve.The first surgery was November 2021, and the last was March 2022. My eyesight is distorted and was not this way before these surgeries. I even had to go to my regular eye doctor and she prescribed steroids and antibiotics, because she said there was infection. After finishing these prescriptions, the distortion is still there. I knew I would still have to have reading glasses but I had to pay for prescription glasses to have clear vision. Clear vision with glasses but something is wrong because even when wearing my glasses there is still as though something is running across my eyes all the time and all they say is that the surgery was good. So I'm not pleased and wish I had never had it done.Lots of expense and still can't see."

First impressions are paramount. The receptionist had the nastiest attitude ever. Will never come back.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes in 2018. Its great to have eyesight like I had 25 years ago once again. I was very pleased with Dr Dong and his staff!
