Dr Goetsch took them time and did a very in depth exam and found me the correct prescription needed for my astigmatism. Doctors in the past declined to find me contacts that worked but Dr Goetsch handled it no problem and found a solution. Very pleased with the care and service.

Staff is quick, helpful, and friendly! Great experience every time I go for an exam!

Great visit with Dr. Meurer. He was very knowledgeable and explained the condition of my eyes thoroughly. He showed me the images of my eyes and pointed out all of the details.

My son is 11 years old and had his eye appointment here. The doctor was very friendly and made everything go smoothly for my son. 2nd time going to get our eye exams here and hope the doctor never retires!!

Dr. John Meurer is a nice and helpful eye doctor and great at being honest and checking my eye sight and helping with my vision needs.

Everyone was very calm and had so much patience. It was also a busy day in the clinic it seemed and you could tell all the employees you their time to attend to each person whether they were there for an appointment or just in to browse the displays of glasses.

I was glad to see Covid precautions in place. My exam went well too. The doctor was great and gave me some very good explanations of things regarding my eyesight and future state. I will be returning.

Dr Goetsch is one of the very best Dr. interfaces that I experience - every single time I see him. He is very good at listening to me as a patient and explaining exactly what is going on with my vision and how he will correct my vision. He is genuinely interested in me and my health, and he takes hand written notes of pertinent info that I pass to him. I have had some complex issues that required a high level of professional acumen to solve…. and as an airline pilot I rely on Dr. Goetsch to keep my vision to 20/20 or better. I now have my whole family schedule their eye examinations with him, and we always come away feeling happier about our vision and eye health than before our visit with Dr. Goetsch. We feel very fortunate to have a Dr. who is sincerely and highly motivated to help us with our individual eye care and vision needs. I look forward to my eye exams, and walk away with a smile!

It was very thorough. I am excited to get a really nice pair of glasses & the especially the ability to actually see properly.

The exam itself was fine. It's the rest I am not completely satisfied with. When they were measuring for my glasses, I was told they were still waiting on the print out for my prescription. They finished the measurements & asked me to wait AGAIN until they had the prescription! I have never had an issue like this with other providers. After about another wait, I was told I could pay for everything while they STILL wait for my prescription! There was nothing special about my prescription either. I am not sure if I will return as a customer in the future.

Great visit with Dr. Goetsch. He was understanding, thorough and helpful. I would recommend his practice to anyone for routine or more complicated eye care needs.

My sons and I recently had our eyes examined at this Target Optical location. The process went smoothly, from online booking and appointment confirmation to processing our insurance. The eye exam was thorough and professional. The staff and doctor were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. They walked us through the exam results, assisted us in choosing our eyewear, and clearly explained the pros and cons of different products in plain language. The overall experience was quite positive. We highly recommend this Target Optical location.

Was there for a recheck as initial Rx is very blurry. I am annoyed and frustrated to have had to make this appointment to begin with as the first Rx wasn’t right. Waited 20 mins past scheduled time only for another person to be taken back before me. I now have rescheduled as I was there 30 mins and need to get back to work. I hope for a decent experience on the 3rd try next week but am frustrated to have wasted the last hour of my life on a very nice day where I could have been doing something active and productive with my time instead of waiting in the optical waiting area only to leave a short time later.
