After 2 visits without any improvement, I tried contacting the office no fewer than 10 times. Never had one call returned. Waiting room time can range from 30 minutes to an hour. Only sees patients at Gaylord on some Wednesdays and if you can’t make THAT Wednesday you are out of luck.

Dr Pulaski is truly a gift. After a bad car accident, an injury to my brain and eyes caused impairment to my executive functioning, cognition, vision, and other symptoms which prevented me from working and engaging in day to day life activities. His exceptional knowledge, insight, and wisdom - combined with an immense compassion and kindness - guided me through various treatments that gave me my life back. I truly do not know where I’d be today if it weren’t for Dr Pulaski.

Dr. Pulaski is the best, such a great guy. I have been going to him since I was a kid. Staff is also great.

The BEST. I had been to 2 previous eye doctors, neither figured out my eyes, one took too little time the other too long but still missed the boat. Dr Pulaski did a careful and thorough exam, rechecked his findings, explained it all to me in a very clear way so that I finally understood why its been so complicated to correct my vision (i have 4 different eye issues). He is a very smart man who is able to explain complex things . I cannot recommend him enough.

Always at least a half an hour late or more for at your appointment you will not see the doctor in a timely manner his office staff is out of touch the office it’s antiquated and stuck in the 80s I was calling them for see how my insurance …

Dr Pulaski is a great doctor he knows everything about eyes and he is very smart I think it’s a great place to come to visit

Everyone is professional, friendly, personable and respectful.. The technicians are efficient in there positions. Dr. Pulaski is awesome. He is all of the above and more. I have been coming here for exams and color-field-of-vision tests. I have nothing negative to say about this office
