Id love to give 5 stars. Staff is all great and doctors are all great. They even worked in husband who had an emergency. I wanted to give 1 star for the horrible long wait. 2 waiting rooms. Long hours. But, since they did such a great job with husband's torn retina and same day surgery, I'm giving 4. When u go there, you cannot take frustration out on staff.

I think he is the best and highly recommend their practice!!👍 Serched 2 other places and remembered that my Mom came here for her eyes. He also cleaned the tear ducts of my infant 41 years ago. There is no time limit on perfection. By the by ,he was also cheaper than the 2 competitors …

Very disappointed in our experience with Dr. Parent and staff. Not a covid safe I environment at all. My mother is 85 and has dementia. The wait time is not acceptable, they promised they would get us in quickly and we waited over a hour.. 1st off he doesn’t even do the procedure another Dr. Does it. If anything he is a greeter and very unprofessional. Instead of reassure us of how her eye was doing he was more concerned with giving her a rain jacket, cup and other promotional gifts with his name on them, and bragging of his number one rating as eye doctor in Indiana. Not once did he say anything of continued eye care, he was most concerned to get her back in for her other money making eye. He should be ashamed and retire and his ratings are falling quick.
