I can't speak for the doctor, but the appointment schedulers are rude. The scheduler that called me misstated the reason for the call and the company, so I didn't make an appointment. I found out today, when I was calling about my referral for vision therapy that this is who called me the day before. So now the scheduler today became rude and unprofessional. My advice to the scheduler, Lonnie, Laurie, or something like that, is to make sure that you know how to work the phone buttons like Mute, Hold, and End Call, before talking about the potential patient on the line. Very unprofessional!
