Appt. Was at 12:30 pm but I didn’t leave until 3:15. A very full waiting room the entire time I was there. I didn’t have any other appointments but felt they were very understaffed. Hope the dr. Can get some more reliable, committed staff. The bi-lingual receptionist was cheerful and kind even though she was primarily the only one manning the window. Dr. Klein is a wonderful dr. And I know he will address the issues in the mmgt of his office.

Dr. Klein and his staff are very thorough with testing and making it a comfortable visit. I have an eye injury that left me partially blind due to being hit int face with a bottle when I was younger. Dr Klein out of many eye Drs is the one who finally explained my eye injury to me in full detail. Thank you so much and I would recommend Dr Klein and his staff with the highest recommendation they can receive. Best Eye Dr EVER THANK YOU Donna Knott

Really appreciate Dr Klein’ s thorough care. Always so very pleasant and connected. However, the office visit took 2.5 hours and was an exhausting wait. Thus, I cannot give a 5 star rating.

Had lenses replaced both eyes. He is a fun, personable doctor. People think he seems rushed but he is just high energy. My vision is great now and the office people are very personable!! Procedure was 2 years ago. Still sees me for check ups.
