Jonathan Barofsky, MD, FACS is a board-certified ophthalmologist with advanced training in diseases of the retina, vitreous and macula. He treats age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears, retinal detachment, retinal vascular diseases, vitreous disorders and uveitis.
Dr. Barofsky went into private practice in 1996. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is affiliated with Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus in Lakewood.
