Although Dr Fonacier was knowledgeable, when he suggested that I get a Catarac appointment with his partner in the same office, it's been impossible to get Laura to call me back. Dr Fonacier asked his secretary , Karen to make Sure Laura called me to schedule appointment bit no one called me. I called 2 more times to speak to Laura and Karen keeps telling me that Laura is not in, on the day I call,. Karen keeps telling me she'll give Laura the message and that she will call me back. It's over 2 weeks now and No One Called Me Back. How unprofessional. In the mean time my cataracts are. Getting worst.
