Wait time can be crazy but Dr. Martel is great. My dad's eyesight was progressively getting worse. DR. Martel explained the difference in the scans and helped us understand what was happening. Dr. Martel did what was possible to preserve the vision and helped dad through the process of becoming blind. He takes his time with every patient and doesn't rush you out the door.

Staffs were friendly and professional. The only complain was I waited almost 2hrs to be seen for less then 7 mins. I was on time for my appointment. My kids were climbing up the walls. Need improvement on that. Other than that my concerns were addressed. Doctor knows what he's doing. Recommend.

It is true that often, so much is going on that appointment meetings get backed up. That is because the doctors are genuinely interested in problems presented by their patients, a refreshing change from no feedback cookie cutter, one size fits all, approach taken by many medical offices in the name of efficiency and profit. A 2020 hire is a stronger influence for efficiency, pressed to keep high compassion levels. Along with their Accounting Manager it can help for them to hire an Information Manager to better control their time with more staff or to take on fewer patients to keep on track. To me they are very capable practitioners. You really want that in eye guys.
