Dr. Heinecke was very professional and easy to speak with. He addressed my concerns and answered all of my nit-picky questions with patience, attention, a sincere willingness to assist, and plain language that helped me understand.

Dr Joshua Heinecke is the best optical doctor I have ever experienced in my life so far!! Not only was he reassuring and kind. The appointment was swift and throughly executed. I appreciate all of the hard work that was put into my exam. I was taken care of by not only the doctor but the staff. I most definitely will be back. It was a breeze to come in and get a new Rx. Kaia, Jazmine and Jocelyn were awesome to work with aiding us with all necessary information we needed.

Dr. Heinecke was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. His office staff were all so nice and Jocelyn was awesome at helping me pick out my contacts. She explained everything really well and made it fun! I'm so happy I chose Target Optical to get my glasses from!
