Dr. Chang is a wonderful OB, I did not have my prescription with me or my Nevada HP card with me, when I want to her office at Walmart. She looked me up, gave me a free eye exam and did a good job. I am a Navy vet and I have high standards, I do not normally give out five stars but she deserves it. From now on I am only going to her, she is very patient and kind, the lady at the front desk is also pleasant and helpful. I have not been to her other office but I am sure it is as efficient.
