Dr Bilyk is not only an amazing Dr in his own right but he put together my team of doctors who provide me with amazing care and have saved my life. I have been his patient since 2011. Eventually I had to have my left eye removed in 2013 and he helped put together a team of specialists to do that surgery. He is constantly learning more about my disease and any new medications. He has an amazing memory and is extremely knowledgeable. His staff is amazingly friendly and efficient, having been with him for years. He talks fast, moves fast but always very positive and very very caring. He is a wealth of information so ask a lot of questions and take notes. I suggest you come with a list of questions.

I was sent to see this eye specialist from Dr Kim that works at Good Eye on 273 out Newcastle Delaware about my graves eye one bigger than the other very noticeable to me and everyone else he sent me for imaging and bloodwork to just tell me it was nothing he could do for me and I wasn’t a candidate for infusions which that’s what my eye and thyroid doctor said I needed but never specify why I wasn’t a candidate because I do not smoke never smoked I just think it was just a money grab he prescribed nothing and told me come back in six months like that’s going to happen I wouldn’t recommend this doctor a frog very disappointed.

Dr. Bilyk has an amazing practice. First of all the front desk people are so sweet and professional. They actually look you in the eye and speak directly to you with empathy. The facility is super clean and modern with every latest technology you would expect in such an important place. Lastly, Dr. Bilyk is an amazing person. He is so skilled and knowledgeable. I am so proud and honored to have him in my life. If you are in need of a true top level professional who shows empathy along with expert care this is the practice for you.

In my opinion Dr.Bilyk is the most qualified and professional opthalmologist in the area! He's based out of Wills Eye Institute and is a Professor of Opthalmology at Thomas Jefferson University! I've been his patient since July of 2012 when I suffered an injury after being shot in my left eye by a passing motorist. Dr. Bilyk is of the highest degree of integrity and I can't say enough good things about the man! He has my total endorsement as a doctor who should be your first call should you ever need a quality Opthalmologist for your vision!

Dr. Bilyck is excellent! He did an eyelid surgery for me and it worked like a charm. He is very polite, listens carefully and explains everything very nicely. His office was extremely helpful in working through the arduous insurance process.

Dr Bilyk made me feel not only comfortable but well cared for. He has helped heal my life long eye troubles! Dr Bilyk really took his time to hear out my issue and it is evident he truly and genuinely cares for his patients. I am so grateful and I would absolutely recommend him and his exceptional team!

Dr Bilyk is knowledgeable, talented, a good listener, sharp. He has done three eyelid surgeries skin cancer rebuild. My eyes are his only. I trust him completely. Highly recommend!

Dr Bilyk did not provide me with pathology report of my biopsy nor are they available on my portal which is negligent against HIPAA. Refused to listen to patient or offer help. Walked out of office when patient was crying and hyperventilating, never to return to to room again. He offered zero empathy, apathy or concern for what patient was expressing. Identified something as “malignant” on office visit notes in portal prior to biopsy specimen being submitted. It was benign. Medically gaslighted patient repeatedly not listening to their concerns. Malpractice will be filed. BEWARE. If you are looking for a doctor to listen to your concerns, guide you appropriately, show empathy, not medically gaslight you…. Find someone else. In the words of his staff…. Verbatim. “You know Dr Bilyk… he likes to just get patients in and out”

Best doctor and staff. They took excellent care of my family and the results were perfect.
