The front counter person had a very bad cold and had no mask on. The two associates were both rude and the other one said, I can see what kind of day it’s going to be.” The other one agreed. All because they told me to sit down and fill out my paperwork like I was a child. I said there was no point if my insurance wasn’t in effect. I had called earlier in the week and they said my insurance was in effect. Later, the one with the cold was very nice. After my eye exam, I was looking at glasses thinking one of them would assist me. After about ten minutes, the associate without a cold asked me if I was interested in glasses. I asked her what my insurance covered and she told me it covered the frames but not the lenses. I had premium vision insurance which covered everything including lenses. I can’t imagine the thousands of dollars in sales you are losing because of their poor manners and lack of sales abilities. I took my eye prescription and left. I ordered over four hundred dollars for a pair of glasses online. My insurance covered the entire cost. The eye doctor was very professional. The only thing I would recommend here is the eye exam because they had equipment that didn’t require me to have my eyes dilated.

Love Dr Castleberry! We have been using her and this Pearle location for many years. She’s extremely thorough and always pleasant. Office staff is very efficient as well. Highly recommend!
