Dr Wu and her optical staff were so through. From start to finish. My exam and retinal scan were so quick, and moved quickly in to see Dr Wu. She explained everything to me very clear so that I could understand. And then my selection of frames and the explanation of picking what lenses would suit me best. What a great experience. She is great! She cares about you feeling comfortable with the lenses your getting. She answers every question as complete as possible and as understandable as possible. She listens and tries to address every concern that you have. She is quick, but thorough.
