Initial tests were done very efficiently by a pleasant young lady. Following the tests, I saw the doctor right away and her exam was also efficient and pleasant. I had help choosing new frames from another great young lady. While the paperwork was being processed, I had a very nice chat with all the ladies in the clinic. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend Pearle Vision - Oak Creek to anyone.

Everyone was very kind and respectful. They all made me feel like I was the only patient of the day. I felt so comfortable I took their recommendation and ordered the glasses they picked out for me. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Great experience. Doctor was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Thru the course of my exam was very professional and answered any questions I had. Also the employee that helped me finish my order was nice and recommended everything I would be able to purchase that my insurance would cover. Overall I had a great visit and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for an eye doctor.

UPDATE 9-7-18: I had an excellent experience here. Everyone was able to answer any questions that I had in a timely manner. Dr. Mueller was great and had a welcoming personality. Naki was very helpful and informative and made the billing process very easy. The staff was wonderful, service with a smile indeed. They helped me pick out the right frames that fit me and looked good when I was torn between two of them.

The initial tech that I dealt with was very rude and had trouble explaining several aspect of the process. I would think that opening after being closed for an extended period that the service would be top notch. The eye doctor I worked with was GREAT! She explained everything very well! Overall a very good visit, but the first impression left a lot to be desired.

I am very happy with my visit. There was very little wait time. No more than expected for a new patient visit. All staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Dr. Facchiano made me feel at ease and he listened to my concerns and offered excellent advice. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about my needs and concerns. Picking out my new glasses was also a great experience. I didn't feel rushed and the girl who helped me was also friendly and professional and gave me assistance in picking out the frames that looked best for my features. All costs were explained to me so there were no surprises when the final amount was determined. I can't wait to get my new glasses! I will definitely be returning here next year for my annual exam.

This is my first time coming to this branch and the ladies are all helpful and knowledgeable. From the beginning of my eye exam till meeting the doctor and choosing my frame it was amazing experience for me. Especially with Jemina’s help. I just showed her the type of frames I like and she brought me tons to choose from. She did all the work and it’s so helpful that she gave me choices. We had fun together in selecting and narrowing the frames that I ended getting. Jemina also adjusted the frames and for the nose bridge well to my fitting and comfort. She have great customer service and fun to work with ideas.

Helped pick out the perfect frame, very on time quick appointment efficient at everything that was handled. Everything was handled quickly but not rushed. Going back to got the glasses sized again was a perfect experience. I would recommend this place to everyone I know

Had a great experience at this Pearle Vision. Jess helped me with all my paperwork and broke down all the pricing for me. She was very patient with me trying on a bunch of pairs before deciding on one. My experience with Dr. Mueller was great too, very quick, but not rushed. My glasses came super quickly and they fit and look great. I felt very safe with all of the covid precautions in place as well. Highly recommend this location!

They answered all of my questions about the different frames, and explained everything about the eye exam. I was nervous at first but all the staff made it very easy, and explained everything. I love Pearle Vision and more specifically, this office. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and they're a lot of fun to talk to. My exam is always done right, always done well, I'm allowed to ask questions and am always given attention when it comes to concerns I might have. Honestly, from the moment I walk in, I'm impressed.

I placed an appointment request and received an appoint on the same day. Very pleasant atmosphere and employees. After having my eyes examined I was seated with Lupe who helped me choose a pair of glasses and lenses. My glasses were fabulous and I wore them out of the store after receiving them less than 10 days later. Great Place, Great Service.

The first associate that did the initial eye tests before the doctor was very unclear about the directions of the test and what they were for. Started the test without a clear understanding and I am not sure the results were even accurate as I was still asking questions as the test was going on. Dr. Fan, more then excellent! Super interesting and informative. The glasses shopping was great as well with associate taking great time to make sure everything fit and was how I wanted it. Thank you.

Technology was great. The lady who checks you in for an eye exam was doing her job as daily repetition, I felt like I was just another person. I would recommend that she improves her customer service skills and be more personable. She is the first contact and made me feel like I made a bad decision coming to Pearl Vision. I had an excellent experience here. I was able to make informed decisions on choosing the right eyewear without the pressure of buying anything I didn't need. The doctor was very good at explaining my eye health and her recommendations.

Had a great experience at Pearle Vision in Oak Creek! Maryann did a great job explaining the whole eye exam process. Elisa was amazing and helped me pick great frames. My glasses arrived earlier than expected.

My exam went smoothly and quickly. The optometrist was very personable and patient with me even though we had to repeat some of the components of the exam and tried several pairs of contacts on. She did a fantastic job educating me which was very much appreciated. The staff were all very helpful and professional. I'll definitely continue follow ups there and would recommend to friends and family.

One of the best Pearle Vision experiences I’ve had! After going to a different pearle for my last appointment and having a terrible experience I was hesitant to go back, but I’m so glad I did! Each and every person I interacted with was so helpful, nice, and patient with me. I will excitedly return to this location!

It was an all around wonderful experience. Dr Mueller and the staff were so kind and conscientious for the best experience and best fit for my contacts and glasses. I was not rushed at any point and they took their time to answer all of my questions. I was new to contacts and they made sure I could put them in and take them out before I ordered any. Very nice to me and my special daughter! Che dukes fitting was really smooth and she helped me with adjusting so it wasn’t hanging so far off in the back. Versace quality is extremely nice, and I’m really happy with my purchase.

The staff not only helped me with their advice but pointed me in the right direction with which frames to go with.
