All four of us go to Dr. Chu, and have for years. She is a great eye doc, thoroughly professional and thorough. She is also kind and obviously passionate about her profession. Her staff is top notch too. They go the extra mile for us, and make us feel at home.

Dr. Katie Chu, that's her name now, is the most conscientious eye doctor I've ever been to. She worked on me for over an hour to make sure that I got exactly the right glasses. Her staff is nice and she has a fair collection of frames. The strip-mall where her office is located is gritty.

Best doctor but the worst customer service. Horrible customer service
