Dr. Merchant is awesome! He is the first doctor who actually took the time to go over the tests he performed and what the results mean for me. He is so easy to ask questions to and doesn't make you feel as though he's trying to be as quick as possible so he can move on to the next patient. His supporting staff are so nice and truly helpful in explaining treatment plans, choosing new glasses, etc. If you're looking for an eye doctor Dr. Ken Merchant is an excellent choice.

Great experience! Dr. Merchant was thorough with my exam and unhurried in discussing my test results and answering my questions. Victoria made the appointment process fast, then called to let me know they were running late so that I could delay my arrival or reschedule, if necessary. Highly recommend!

I came to see Dr Merchant because I was having a lot of vision problems, even with my glasses, and my contacts were hurting my eyes making them impossible to wear. Dr Merchant discovered I have severe dry eye and which was causing all of the issues I am having, because he took the time to really listen to me, to keep testing and trying to figure out what was going on. I put him behind for his day because my exam took way longer than a normal visit, but that didn’t dissuade him, he kept digging deeper until he found the cause. I’m highly impressed with this doctor, he really cares. I am a loyal customer for life now.
