Office Staff: On January 6, 2026, I had an appointment with Dr. Raffoul. He recommended that I have a follow-up examination with a doctor at Retina Vitreous Associates, and his office staff was supposed to schedule the appointment. He specifically asked one of his employees to make the appointment, but this woman who assisted me was very slow and never actually scheduled it. I then asked another woman from the same office to verify the date of my appointment at Retina Vitreous Associates. She told me that it hadn't been scheduled and that she would make the appointment. I have called to Retina Vitreous Associates, and they confirmed that no appointment was ever made. In other words, they didn't do their job. I have made my appointment, and it will be until March 19, 2026. After my appointment with Dr. Raffoul examination, I will have to wait two and a half months for my retina review. Dr. Raffoul's office staff are irresponsables.
