Zero stars! I wish I read these reviews before coming here to Dr. Michael Bold’s Optometry in Newport. They’re all true!
Shady place! All they care about is about money. Unprofessional and unethical. Watch out for Irene at the front desk when she tries to upsell you and pressure you.
I feel robbed and am so disappointed in the care I received here. I am never coming back!

Dr. Bold is the Biggest Rip off place. STAY AWAY. They had to delete their yelp page so they wouldn’t be exposed due to all the bad reviews. What kind of business really has to delete their own yelp page? Huge Red Flag. Terrible service, terrible so called Dr. You’ve been warned.

Dr. Bold's office is the most dishonest, untrustworthy business. All they care about is overcharging and making as much profit as they can. Trust the other negative reviews. Do not go to Dr. Bold in Newport or La Palma.
