Haimish, Tina, and Joy were wonderful help during my visit to LensCrafters! All three played pivotal roles in assisting with both my eye exam and selecting prescription glasses! 5/5! Extremely satisfied!

They will cancel your set appointments to try to upsell their new virtual appointments that are 5x as expensive as the regular co-pay for most insurances. $10 vs $49. They will wait until almost the last minute to call and cancel your regular appointment for their new virtual one and then let you know about the new charge. It has happened to everyone in my family that has tried to set their appointments up in person at this specific location and without fail, they cancel and try to up-charge and push the new option. Haven’t used their actual services since I do not appreciate these sales tactics and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth about their care for your well-being and their business ethics.

I had an amazing experience at this glasses store! Karina was the one who helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was super nice, extremely patient, and had so much knowledge about everything. She explained every detail clearly and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Karina is honestly the best assistant I’ve ever had. I came in with my insurance, and she immediately knew what to do, explained my benefits, and even told me my co-pay right away. My sons first time seeing an Optometrist. He has Autism and eye contact is difficult for him and raises his anxiety. The office had some staff out and it was obvious they really needed them. They had a full waiting area and lots of calls. The staff however was so kind and calm! They did not rush through anything. Every test took several tries SEVERAL. Every time he was near completion of one he would move his eyes or close his eyes it was stressful for him and im sure it must of been frustrating for the man testing him but my son nor I ever felt any of it. No matter how many he had to keep taking each test over the man took time to explain directions to my son over and over again in such a kind calm voice and never did he just choose to keep an ok result to get on to the next. Same with the doctor he was able to keep my son in the chair and actually respond to his questions and go through all of the necessary steps to come to the best RX for him. I am so thankful to everyone for taking their time on such a busy short handed day to help my son.

I stopped by the LensCrafters at Vintage Faire Mall for help with my Tom Ford sunglasses, even though I hadn’t purchased them there. Hamish adjusted both temples to make sure they fit comfortably, fixed the lens, and even cleaned them so they felt brand new. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer care these days. Thank you, Hamish, for going above and beyond, I’ll definitely be returning here in the future and recommending this location to others!

MAN, went in the store didn’t even buy anything. The knowledge I receive from Jacob, was unmatched. Not only did he make it super customizable, talking to me about sports. I am beyond happy with my experience in this location from the staff to the dr. . It had been a while since I had an eye check up which made me nervous, the Dr. did a good job making me feel relaxed and cared for not only was she very professional but also very caring in a personal aspect. The staff are nice and helpful. I stopped by to see if the doctor could do an eye exam for me. Unfortunately he was not available but they tried to schedule an appointment for me. Tina also fixed my eyeglasses - thank you Tina! I would love to come again for my next pair of eyeglasses!

After getting a replacement pair of glasses under my warranty within a few days, a screw in my frames continued to loosen every couple of days. I went in and talked to the manager and sales lady and was told that since my protection warranty was up, there was nothing they could do. This new pair of glasses came with a screw that would not stay tight and basically I was accused of stripping the screw out and told that I should never tighten the screw in my own glasses. When I asked if I was being accused of stripping the screw I was told no however no one else has touched my glasses so they’re recommendation was for me to make a two hour round-trip drive and spend $75 in gas every two days to have them personally tightened the screw. If these have been the original pair and I hadn’t purchased the warranty, they would’ve been good to go for 30 days so I don’t understand why this replacement pair wouldn’t at least come with the same 30 day manufactured defect warranty. It has a manufactured defect and they refuse to hear it. I will not be buying glasses here again and I don’t recommend anyone else do either.

Jacob at Lenscrafter in the Vintage Faire Mall provided excellent service. I went in to see if the nose pads on my glasses could be replaced. Jacob was able to immediately help me and replace the pads quickly.

The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The Doctor was very professional and patient when explaining the difference in my prescription for eye glasses. I felt the exam was very thorough. The staff is excellent at going over cost and fitting you for glasses. Great selection of eye wear.
