I didn't like the male doctor I had, he was VERY smug and crass. I debated leaving them & going else where but when I was greeted by Dr. Samantha (Heater), she's the reason I decided to stay. Her laid- back persona & "bed- side" manner made her so easy to talk to & she made me feel like she was actually listening to me!
