If I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would. I had to reschedule an appointment due to an unannounced change in my schedule. I called hoping for a next day appointment since there were many slots available. The receptionist spoke to me so rudely and condescending while trying to schedule a time and absolutely made it seem like I was an inconvenience. Let's not forget that patients are what get you paid. As a receptionist, your customer service is EVERYTHING to a new patient. Absolutely disgusting.

So glad you gave me an appt a couple hours after I asked for help. Dr Eyrich is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this practice. Optical dept was also excellent when I got glasses.
